Activated Carbon Filters

The filtering units are suitable for filtering polluted air from welding fumes, gases, vapors, etc… OPERATING PRINCIPLE: The polluted air, coming from the suction points, is conveyed to the filtering unit before being expelled into the environment. The activated carbon used in the “CARBO” unit is contained in cylinders made of micro-perforated metal mesh, which allows for easy replacement of the carbon. FUNCTIONALITY: Thanks to the modular construction, the high efficiency of the filters, and the remarkable retention capacity of the activated carbon, it is possible to optimize the size of the group based on the amount of air to be treated. ENERGY SAVINGS: Where allowed by local regulations, for specific applications, it is possible to reintroduce the filtered air into the work environment, thus obtaining high energy savings. ACCESSORIES: Depending on the different needs, electro-ventilators can be used, preferably operating in depression. CARBO units can be built on request in stainless steel.
